🚚 Order Status & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can also log into your account to view your order history and current status.
If you haven’t received your tracking number within 4 business days, please contact us.
📐 Sizing Help
We craft our garments to fit intentionally — often with a slightly oversized, streetwear-inspired cut. You can find a size chart on each product page, but if you’re still unsure, feel free to email us for personal guidance.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. To start a return or exchange, email us at support@savantnoir.com with your order number and reason for return.
